Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Retrieval
Retrieve items from the community or other business locations such as shelters or hotels.
Base Service Fee - $45
Mileage Fee - $2.00 per mile
After-Hours Retrieval Fee
6 PM - 11 PM: $20
11 PM - 8 AM: $40
In-Home Item Recovery
Retrieve respiratory items from home for discharge or transfer to another facility, including oxygen or CPAP units for Behavioral Health or other treatment centers. This service supports patients discharging home with oxygen instead of using an ambulance or transferring safely to a Behavioral Health facility.

Home Entry & Access Fee - $25
Mileage Fee - $2.00 per mile
After-Hours Retrieval Fee
6 PM - 11 PM: $20
11 PM - 8 AM: $40
Patient-Requested Delivery
Retrieve essential items from home, such as a laptop or charger, needed during a hospital stay.
Base Service Fee - $45

Mileage Fee - $2.00 per mile
After-Hours Retrieval Fee
6 PM - 11 PM: $20

Extra Item Fee
0-3 Items: $0
4-10 Items: $5
11 + Items: an additional $3 per item
Payment is due at the time of service. Invoices include mileage and any applicable after-hours fees. For contracted facilities, LBWE LLC will issue an invoice in accordance with the terms of the service agreement.
