Body-Worn Camera Notice:

LBWE LLC personnel may use body-worn cameras during equipment pickup and delivery activities for documentation, asset verification, chain of custody, safety, security, and service verification purposes. Recording is limited to activities directly related to the contracted service and is not intended to capture unrelated personal activities. If an unexpected occupant or visitor is present during the performance of services, LBWE personnel will make reasonable efforts to respect privacy while maintaining necessary operational, safety, security, and documentation requirements. Recordings are retained for a minimum of thirty (30) days and may be retained for a longer period when necessary for incident investigations, claims, disputes, regulatory compliance, legal proceedings, or other legitimate business purposes. Access to recordings is restricted to authorized personnel and may be disclosed to the contracting client, insurance representatives, law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or other authorized parties when required by a valid subpoena, court order, warrant, legal process, or other applicable law.
